Quick Answer
Press and hold the setup button on the side of the Ring Doorbell for 15 seconds, then release. The light on the front will flash — this restarts the device. For a full factory reset, hold the button for 20+ seconds and keep holding through the flashes until the light turns solid orange, then release. You’ll re-add it in the Ring app afterwards.
