The base package with the cube works fine. However for a self monitored system a reliable camera is a must. The Keep camera works most of the time. It will NOT reconnect if the internet goes down and comes back up. The Keep PRO camera does NOT work. It will not connect to your LTE phone when away from your home wifi. Makes is useless.

This company is a fly by night company with poor quality item.s I bought a system and they charged me 100 dollars shipping and then sent it COD. I asked for shipping cost to be returned and they said they couldn’t predict how it would ship. They stay have not returned the money they took from me. Stay clear !!!!
This system is garbage. Had it 6 months maximum. Usually someone is home so it only gets set maybe once a week max when we are both out so it’s maybe been armed and disarmed a max of 30-40 times and it’s already dead. Won’t light up on top completely non functioning. Cheap Chinese made crap that I knew had to be too good to be true.
I bought the ISmart Cube to be able to check up on my husband during the day while I work. He has dementia and it is important that I be able to check up on him. This camera is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever seen. It works randomly and of course it is never the fault of the equipment! I do not feel I should have to reset it every week just to be able to watch my house. I am glad I don’t depend on this thing to protect my house!!!! I am looking into other options because this thing is JUNK! DO NOT BUY.
